Philip Massari
Philip is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner and is responsible for MVP’s strategic vision and leadership for the firm’s investment platform. Prior to founding Monte Vista, Philip led the acquisitions platform at Knotel in New York City, where he managed all of the firm’s acquisition activities including sourcing, structuring, fundraising, and closing of new real estate investments. Prior to Knotel, Philip served in a variety of roles at Clarion Partners including acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management for both equity and debt transactions across the USA. Prior to Clarion, Philip worked at Panattoni Development Company where he focused on large scale ground-up industrial developments across the United States. Philip holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University
Jacob Maloy
Jacob is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner and is responsible for sourcing and closing new acquisitions, asset & project management, and overseeing strategic company initiatives. Prior to Monte Vista, Jacob worked in a variety of roles at Knotel, where he completed real estate acquisitions as well as worked across global markets evaluating, acquiring, and leasing office space for Knotel’s domestic and international portfolios. Prior to Knotel, Jacob worked as an acquisitions analyst for Milam Real Estate Capital where he focused on acquiring office and retail assets across Texas. Prior to Milam, Jacob gained experience in construction and project management working for Joeris General Contractors. Jacob holds a degree in Construction Science and a Masters of Real Estate from Texas A&M University
